Below you will find a list of the offices and the member that currently fills the position.

seneschal   Seneschal – Sir Griffin Fitzwyze (Chris Hebert)

Essentially the seneschal is the leader of the group. The seneschal is the facilitator of policy and procedure from local level to corporate activity.

chatelaine   Chatelaine – Baroness Ysabeau de la Mare (Joni Courville)

Chatelain refers to the officer who assists newcomers in their efforts to find a place within the SCA. Some kingdoms use the term hospitaller instead of chatelain(e).

reeve   Exchequer – Magnifica Zaneta moglie di Nicolo Marcello (Shannon Williams)

 The exchequer is the person in charge of financial reporting and handling of funds.

herald   Herald – Lord Nicolo Marcello (Brian Williams)

The herald helps to research period naming and armorial practices for the registration of names and armory for the populace. The herald also records awards and honors bestowed, drafts ceremonies, and determines precedence and other period legal niceties in all sorts of situations.

marshal   Knight’s Marshal – Sir Carson Wynne (Carson Sonnier)

The knight’s marshal is responsible for overseeing the conduct of all heavy fighting activities, including tournament lists, practices, and related activities such as training and armor inspections.

The rapier marshal is responsible for overseeing the conduct of medieval fencing activities, including tournament lists, practices, and related activities such as training and armor inspections.

a_and_s   Arts & Sciences – Mistress Mathilde de Metteneye (Meredith Sonnier)

The Minister of Arts and Sciences is responsible for fostering the study of period culture and technology, and methods for producing historically accurate artifacts and performances.

web_minister  Web Minister – The Honorable Lord Sebastian Martinez de Leon (Scott Courville)

The web minister is responsible for the design and maintenance of the official web site for the group in accordance with SCA rules.

s_const   Constable – Available 

The constable is responsible for all waivers as required in the Governing Documents of the Society; assists with security and troll processes and procedures.

historian   Historian – Available

The historian is responsible for recording the events and history of the shire.

chronicler     Chronicler – Available

The chronicler is responsible for the design, publishing and distribution of the official monthly newsletter.

minister_of_children   Minister of Children – Available

The Minister of Children encourages and promotes the education of children ages 5-16 in the ways of the SCA and the Middle Ages.
